Overview
The City of Menomonie has established an Ad-Hoc Housing Committee to explore and address key issues related to housing affordability, availability, and quality within the community. Appointed by the City Council, committee members include Sydney Brennan, Cody Gentz, Matthew Crowe, and Mary Solberg. The committee is tasked with evaluating housing challenges and developing actionable recommendations, which will be presented to the City Council no later than January 26, 2026.
