  • Those who can purchase a permit include:

    • Owner of a building within the Business Improvement District (allowed 1 permit per year)
    • Tenants renting in the general area (allowed 1 permit per year)
    • Overnight permits will be tied to a valid license plate number

  • Any of the following overnight parking lots can be used on a first come/first serve basis.

    • Lot 1 (409 Wilson Avenue) - 46 spots
    • Lot 3 (406 Wilson Avenue, located south side of lot) - 11 spots
    • Lot 9 (720 Main Street) - 22 spots
    • Lot 11 (602 2nd Street West) - 3 spots
    • Lot 12 (520 2nd St West) - 9 spots

  • The overnight parking permits will be issued on a first come first service basis. Once the spots are rented, you are welcome to call back and check for openings.

    Once you have paid for the permit, you will be given a permit to be displayed in your vehicle; no refunds.

    To guarantee your spot for next quarter/year, you will be required to renew the permit within 3 business days after expiration.

    Please renew your permit, or risk losing the spot.

    Please remember, these permits can not be resold to anyone else.  Violators will lose the right to a permit.
