Paul Sterk is a Wastewater Utility Superintendent driven by a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental stewardship. With a BS in Water Resources, Water and Wastewater Treatment from UW-Stevens Point and a Wisconsin DNR Certified Wastewater Operator certification, Paul blends academic knowledge with hands-on experience. His previous roles as Foreman at the City of Chippewa Falls WWTP and Laboratory Technician at the Manitowoc WWTP, coupled with his service as an Army Veteran, have honed his skills in wastewater management and leadership. Outside of work, Paul finds solace in fishing, hunting, camping, and indulging in historical non-fiction literature. With a deep appreciation for nature and a drive to ensure water quality, Paul is dedicated to serving his community and preserving the environment for future generations.
