2023 Solid Waste Permit Request Process

1. Request a Permit - Fill out the online 2023 Menomonie Solid Waste Permits form or fill out a paper request form at the City Solid Waste and Recycling Site, located at:
   1601 Gilbert Creek Road
   Menomonie WI 54751
2. Wait for a Permit to be Mailed to You - City staff will verify your address and mail a permit to you
3. Display Solid Waste Permit in Your Vehicle - Hang the permit from your rearview mirror. A current solid waste permit is required to utilize the City Solid Waste & Recycling site.
